2005 Morgan Aero 8

This 2005 Morgan Aero 8 is finished in silver over red leather and is powered by a BMW 4.4-liter V8 paired with a six-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes a black soft top, a rear spoiler, staggered-width 18″ wheels, AP Racing front brake calipers, an engine-turned dashboard, a clock, and a Pioneer stereo. This Aero 8 is now offered by WCDM with recent service records, an owner’s handbook, two keys and remotes, a clean Carfax report, and a clean BC Registration. The aluminum bodywork is laid over an alloy chassis, and this example is finished in silver complemented by a black soft top. Other features include a polished grille, fender louvers, an integrated rear spoiler, and dual exhaust outlets. A paint-protection film was applied to the forward-facing surfaces in May 2019. Staggered-width 18″ wheels wear 225/40 front and 245/40 rear Pirelli P Zero All-Season Plus tires. The four-wheel disc brake system utilizes six-piston AP Racing front calipers. The interior is trimmed in red, featuring bolstered bucket seats, air conditioning, a Pioneer stereo, and a clock on the passenger side of the dash. The wood veneer trim atop the passenger-side door is peeling. A three-spoke steering wheel sits ahead of an engine-turned dashboard. Off-white VDO instrumentation consists of a 180-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. Pitting is noted on the gauge bezels, and a handwritten letter included in the gallery states that the speedometer unit was replaced in April 2017. The digital odometer shows 1,400 miles The removed speedometer is included in the sale. The 4.4-liter BMW N62 V8 was factory rated at 325 horsepower and 330 lb-ft of torque when new. The starter was replaced in 2018 and the oil was changed and the battery was replaced in April 2022. Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission. An owner’s manual, handbook, CD, jack kit, two keys and remotes, service records, and removed speedometer will be included with the car. The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists registration activity in New Jersey and Florida from 2006 to 2011.
